This is the medium-difficulty right-side piece of the AO WOODEN BLADES, a set of six substantial solid beech wooden holds featuring three distinct grips and a fully symmetrical right-left design, envisioned by Adam Ondra.
Adam Ondra’s vision encompassed a series of holds that, at first glance, might appear identical but provided notably different grips. This innovative design allows for easy adjustments in problem difficulty and the creation of diverse challenges across various inclinations. The element of surprise adds an extra dimension for climbers, keeping them uncertain about the grip of the next hold until they reach it.
Constructed from solid wood, laser-marked with the Czech climber’s signature on the surface, and showcasing a highly durable fine-grain sandblasted texture, AO WOODEN BLADES function not just as collector’s items but also as impeccable holds for setting routes or boulder problems in commercial gyms.
