This is the left-side Medium level version of the AO WOODEN BLADES, a set of six substantial solid beech wooden holds with three different grips and a completely symmetrical right-left design, conceived by Adam Ondra.
Adam Ondra envisioned a series of holds that, at first glance, might appear the same, but with significantly different grips, allowing for easy adjustment of problem difficulty and the creation of diverse challenges on various inclinations. This unique feature also introduces an element of surprise for climbers, as they won’t know the grip of the next hold for certain until they reach it.
Crafted from solid wood, adorned with the Czech climber’s laser-marked signature on the surface, and featuring a highly durable fine-grain sandblasted texture, AO WOODEN BLADES serve not only as collector’s items but also as ideal holds for setting routes or boulder problems in commercial gyms.
